My room lacked a view, as it faced the back of the building and a crane. I also found the wardrobe to be excessively large and quite dirty on top.

The Phantom of the Opera afternoon tea in The Rose Lounge was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and fresh. The staff took care of all our needs. The staff were excellent.
The team at the entrance was pretty rude, though the bar service team was very nice. The reception team kept asking me to move away. The reception team gave me odd arrogant looks.
